God of All Comfort, we lift up Oya, who has been rejected by his family for his faith in Christ. Though his father and mother have forsaken him, You have promised to take him in. Establish him in the truth of Your Word, that he may stand firm and know that he is not alone. Sustain Oya with a deep sense of Your presence, and surround him with a community that reflects Your love and grace. Let the light of Christ shine through him, that even his family might come to see and know the One who is worthy. Reveal Jesus to those who have turned away, and let His transformative love be known in every heart. For the glory of Your name and in the steadfast hope of Jesus Christ, Amen.
