Living God, we lift up Kyaw Tun Aung as he faces conscription in Myanmar despite being a young Christian minister. You see him, and You are his refuge and strength even in this trial. Strengthen his faith that, though he walks through the valley of shadows, Your rod and Your staff will comfort him. Guard his heart against fear and sustain him with peace that surpasses understanding. Open the eyes of those who enforce such laws to see the light of Christ in Kyaw's life. Let his testimony reveal Jesus to fellow soldiers and officers alike. We trust You to work all things for good, standing on Your promises that cannot fail. For Your glory in Christ, Amen.
