Pray with the global church

Holy One, we lift up the village in southern Jordan where nine Christians were killed during a church funeral, and we remember their families and loved ones who now walk through grief. You are close to the brokenhearted and save those crushed in spirit — wrap this community in Your comfort and peace. Strengthen the church as she grieves, and let her testimony of hope shine even brighter in this darkness. Reveal Jesus to those who mourn, those who witnessed violence, and those who question in their pain. Let justice roll on like a river through Jordan, bringing healing and reconciliation in its wake. Pour out courage on believers to proclaim Your good news amid sorrow. We entrust these families to Your mercy for the glory of Your name. Amen.
