Pray with the global church

Everlasting Father, we bring before You Pastor John Cao, who waits in China, longing to reunite with his family in the United States. You see his weariness and the injustice that holds him captive. Renew his strength as You have promised, that he might mount up with wings like eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint. Grant perseverance to the believers in China who witness his faithfulness, and let this trial cultivate endurance and boldness among them. Break the chains of injustice, reveal Jesus to the authorities and those who oppose Your servants, and let Your light shine in the dark places. For Your name's sake and the advancement of Your Kingdom we pray, in Jesus' name. Amen.
