Pray with the global church

Lord, we lift before You the believers in northern Nigeria where violence and displacement threaten to erase their presence. Be their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. As fear and insecurity surround them, sustain their faith with the assurance that You will never leave nor forsake them. Reveal Jesus to those who persecute and abduct, that they might come to know the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Guard the families caught in this unrest, protecting their hearts and minds with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Raise up peacemakers who can bridge divides and heal wounds. To You alone belong power and dominion forever. Amen.
