Pray with the global church

Eternal Father, we lift up Nigeria where Your people face unrelenting persecution. You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way, and we trust in Your power to bring peace to the chaos that surrounds the Christian community there. Shine Your light in the darkness engulfing this land, and let it pierce the hearts of those who persecute. Strengthen the resolve of Your church in Nigeria, that they may stand firm, not crushed by the violence that seeks to devour them. Reveal Jesus to the oppressors and officials, and transform hearts that are set against You. May Your righteousness and truth go before them, establishing Your kingdom in this troubled nation. In the name of Jesus, our Deliverer, Amen.
