Pray with the global church

King of Heaven, we turn to You for Barkin Ladi in this moment of threat and fear. The ground trembles under the threat of violence, but Your voice is mighty and the earth bows before it. Still every gathering storm, and frustrate the plans that seek to bring harm to Your people. Guard the families who dwell here, make their homes a refuge from terror, and cause those with evil intent to encounter the Prince of Peace. Give wisdom beyond human understanding to local leaders, that peace might prevail where conflict seems inevitable. Reveal Jesus even in this time of unrest, that those far from You might see His light. In Christ's name we ask these things. Amen.
