God of the Living Word, we rejoice in the distribution of 148.3 million Scriptures by the United Bible Societies as they mark 80 years of sowing Your truth across the earth. Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path — may it illuminate hearts in the 240 countries where it has been shared. Establish these Scriptures in homes, communities, and nations, that they may bear fruit in every heart that receives them. Open the eyes of the lost to see the beauty of Your truth, and let Your Word accomplish what You please, prospering where You send it. Sustain those who labor in this mission, and let Your kingdom come through the power of Your living and enduring Word. For the glory of Your name, Amen.
