Pray with the global church

Lord of Hosts, we thank You for the release of the two members from Early Rain Church in Chengdu. Your eyes are on the righteous, and Your ears attend to their cries. Stand guard over the believers in China who are questioned and summoned, that they may stand firm in faith and love, unshaken by threats. Scatter those who aim to intimidate, and reveal Jesus to them as He encountered Saul on the road to Damascus. Strengthen this church under pressure, that it might proclaim Your Word boldly and without fear. Let the name of Jesus be known across cities, from official to citizen. Pour out courage and peace upon Your people as they trust You as their shield and stronghold. For Your glory, Lord, let light break forth amidst darkness. Amen.
