Pray with the global church

God of Justice and Mercy, we lift before You the believers in Pakistan facing arrest under blasphemy laws. You see their courage and faithfulness, and You alone are a refuge in times of trouble. Strengthen these two Christians to stand firm, declaring that they must obey God rather than human authorities, even amidst accusation and fear. Reveal Jesus to those who persecute, opening eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Let Your peace guard the hearts of these believers and their families, and protect them from harm. May their witness turn many in Pakistan toward Your light, that all may see and give glory to Your name. We trust in Your steadfast love and commit this to You, in Christ our Lord. Amen.
