Pray with the global church

King of Heaven, we lift up China amidst the tension and unrest that ripple through her borders. As world leaders meet, may Your reign overshadow all earthly powers and ambitions. Establish justice and righteousness in this land where oppression seeks to stifle Your church. Cause eyes to be opened to the authority of Jesus who rules with truth and grace. Let the persecuted know Your presence deeply, and embolden them to continue sharing the Good News in courage and faith. Reveal Yourself to those who resist Your name, even as You revealed Yourself on the road to Damascus. May Christ be known from the halls of power to the villages yet untouched by Your light. We ask all this for the glory of Your name and kingdom. Amen.
