Pray with the global church

God of Glory, we lift up Mozambique and thank You for the unwavering faith of Felizardo Lourenco, who endured torture yet clings to Christ. Establish Your Kingdom in that place as his testimony echoes through lands torn by violence. You light up even the darkest places; let this light shine in the hearts of captors and insurgents alike, revealing Jesus as Savior and Lord. Protect the persecuted church in northern Mozambique. Sustain them with hope as they walk amid suffering, and let their lives testify of Your love and strength. Open eyes among the insurgents and leaders who oppose You, interrupting their plans for evil with a revelation of Your grace. All power and glory belong to You alone, forever and ever. Amen.
