Pray with the global church

Father, You reign above the turmoil and unrest in Somalia. We ask that You dismantle the powers that oppose Your truth and seek to suppress Your people. Extend Your Kingdom into this land, confronting the spiritual forces of darkness that seek to intimidate and silence the faithful. As Your Word in Psalm 46 declares, be the refuge and strength for those who call on Your name amidst adversity. Reveal Your glory, that Your name may be hallowed and known throughout Somalia. Raise up voices that proclaim Your truth boldly, as in Acts 4, and protect those who bear witness to Your light. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, that Your justice and peace may prevail. Deliver Your people from evil, and let Your presence be their shield and fortress. In the name of Jesus, amen.
