Pray with the global church

God of Abraham, we lift up the believers in Iraq as ancient Christian communities face exodus and uncertainty. They dwell in the land of their ancestors, yet fear replaces peace in their homes and churches. Protect these faithful ones as they navigate this perilous season; may Your presence comfort them on every side. Reveal Jesus to those who have not yet seen His light, that even amidst turmoil, many may encounter the truth and love of Christ. We ask You to build up leaders among the Iraqi believers, emboldening them with courage to proclaim the Gospel boldly. Shelter these communities under Your wings, keeping their hope alive. Establish justice where oppression reigns, and raise up peacemakers who will labor for reconciliation in places ravaged by violence. May Christ’s name be honored in Iraq until that day when all nations bow before Him. Amen.
