Pray with the global church

Most High God, we bring before You the suffering and struggling church in Sudan, where war has eroded freedoms and threatened Your people. You are a stronghold in times of trouble — be their fortress and refuge as conflicts rage around them. Establish Your peace within Sudan, and let the light of Christ shine in places overshadowed by violence. Sustain the believers with Your strength, their hearts steadfast even in trial. Break the weapons aimed at Your Church, and soften the hearts of those who wield them. Let the name of Jesus be magnified across Sudan, reaching officials and adversaries who have yet to see His glory. To You belong power and salvation now and always. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
