Pray with the global church

God of All Comfort, we lift up Gaza City where a university strike has left lives shattered and communities grieving. You are near to the brokenhearted; draw close to those who mourn the loss of loved ones. In the face of chaos and destruction, reveal Jesus as the true light that shines in the darkness. Guard the hearts and minds of students and staff enduring such trauma, and let them find refuge beneath Your wings. Raise up peacemakers from among them, equipped with wisdom and love that disarms conflict. In Your mercy, interrupt cycles of violence and bring peace to this troubled land. For Your name's sake we pray, trusting in Your unfailing love. Amen.
