Pray with the global church

Holy One, we lift up the people of Bentiu Catholic Diocese as they walk through this time of shock and loss after the fire at St. Michael Panriang Main Parish. You dwell in the midst of Your people, and no flame can extinguish the light of Your presence. Restore what was destroyed, not only in building but in hearts that carry grief and fear. Reveal Jesus to those who set the fire, that they might be turned from darkness to light, from enemy to beloved. Strengthen the church with a peace that passes all understanding, keeping their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. May Your truth go forth with power across Bentiu, bringing hope and salvation to many. We trust You for healing and redemption in this place, in the name of Jesus our Lord. Amen.
