Pray with the global church

God of Peace, we lift up Jerusalem's Old City where tensions have risen again. You see the Armenian church, a light set on a hill, shining amidst hostility. Guard this community from fear and strengthen their hearts with love for those who come against them. Reveal Jesus to the young ones caught in cycles of anger, and let Your Spirit bring a new unity through love that overcomes hate. Turn the hearts of those who cast stones and spit, and let forgiveness flow as a testimony of Your grace. Draw all in Jerusalem to the Prince of Peace, that they might see Your goodness and mercy. We ask this for the sake of Your name, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
