Pray with the global church

God of Deliverance and Strength, we bring before You the people of Niger State, Nigeria, where armed men have abducted many from a place of worship. In the shadow of violence and fear, be their refuge and stronghold. You are near to the brokenhearted and save those crushed in spirit — draw near to the kidnapped and their families, and let Your presence be their comfort and hope. Restrain the hands of those who bring harm, and let the captives find freedom. Reveal Jesus to the perpetrators, that they may turn from darkness to light. Strengthen the believers in Niger State to stand firm in faith and love despite persecution. For the sake of Your great name, bring restoration and peace to this troubled region. Amen.
