Pray with the global church

God of Truth, we lift up Park Tae Yeon, sentenced in Russia for her faithful witness to the Gospel. You see her held for Your name's sake, and You have promised that truth will spring from the ground even in places where justice is denied. In this moment of trial, strengthen her with the knowledge that You hold all things together. Guard Park Tae Yeon's heart and mind in Your peace, and use her imprisonment as a light that exposes darkness and reveals the hope found only in Jesus. Open the hearts of those who watch and judge him, and let them encounter Christ as Paul did on the road to Damascus. Let righteousness and peace kiss one another in this land. To You belong all wisdom and authority; we ask these things in the name of Jesus our Lord. Amen.
