Pray with the global church

God of All Comfort, we lift Nigeria to You as believers face relentless violence and sorrow in the middle belt. You are near to the brokenhearted, and Your presence is their sustaining grace even when darkness surrounds them. Guard the hearts and lives of those who remain under threat, and be a refuge for the grieving families left behind. Reveal Jesus to those who persecute, that they might turn from oppression to the path of peace. Let freedom for the captives echo through villages where fear has taken hold, and strengthen Your Church despite these trials. In Your hands is life everlasting. We entrust Nigeria's believers to Your care, praying in the name of Jesus, our Redeemer. Amen.
