Pray with the global church

Lord of Hosts, we remember the courage of Archbishop Christophe Munzihirwa in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He stood firm for peace amid threats, laying down his life for a land torn by violence and unrest. Let his witness echo in the hearts of believers across the DRC, stirring them to act with boldness and faith, trusting that blessed are those who seek peace. Reveal Jesus to those who resist and oppose His ways; let their eyes be opened, as Saul's were on the Damascus road. Sustain Your Church as she stands for truth and justice, and let her light shine in every village and city. In the name of Christ our Lord, Amen.
