Pray with the global church

Faithful Shepherd, we lift up the pastor and his family abducted in South Kordofan, trusting in Your watchful care even in the darkest valleys. You are the One who leads Your people beside still waters and restores their souls. Guard and protect them, sustaining their faith and hope amidst fear and uncertainty. Reveal Jesus to their captors, softening hearts that are hardened by rebellion and strife. Strengthen the church in Sudan, that they may stand firm in the face of persecution, knowing that You are their stronghold and deliverer. May Your kingdom break through in this land, bringing justice and peace to replace division and conflict. For the sake of Your great name, we ask it. Amen.
