Pray with the global church

Living God, we lift up the believers of northern China as preacher An Yankui faces detention and investigation for his faithfulness. Your eyes see the oppression of Your people, and You uphold them with Your righteous hand. Guard An Yankui's heart in this trial, and let Your truth shine through him to those who hold him captive. Reveal Jesus to all involved — from guards to investigators to families watching from afar. Advance the Gospel in this region despite restrictions, and let faith rise where fear seeks to settle. Deliver those who call upon You, O God, for You are their help and refuge. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
