God of All Comfort, we lift before You the Christians of Nigeria who are enduring violence, displacement, and insecurity. You see their suffering and promise to be close to the brokenhearted. Guard them with Your peace that passes all understanding. Let Your presence be a shield around them, protecting those who mourn in this land. Reveal Jesus to those who bring terror and fear. Turn hearts of stone into hearts of flesh, breaking through with the light of the Gospel. Strengthen Your church in Nigeria, that she may stand firm and bear witness to Christ's love and truth. To You belong compassion, justice, and power, now and forevermore. Amen.
