Pray with the global church

God of Endurance and Hope, we lift before You the pastor Bhaskar and his family in West India, who remain steadfast in the face of persecution from radicals and police. You have promised that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. Let this hope not put them to shame, because Your love has been poured into their hearts. Guard this family and their church with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let their witness draw many to the truth of Christ. Reveal Jesus to their persecutors and to the villages around them, that Your name might be glorified. Strengthen Bhaskar and his family with joy and courage as they continue to serve in Your vineyard. We entrust their future to Your faithful hands, in the name of Jesus our Lord. Amen.
