Pray with the global church

God of Grace, we lift up the community in Punjab where a pastor was tragically killed by someone he once led to Christ. You know every heart's hidden struggles, and Your mercy reaches deeper than our understanding. Comfort the grieving believers with Your presence, and let them not be overcome by fear or despair. Reveal Jesus to this man's attacker, turning a heart of stone into a heart of flesh. Let the light of Christ break through the darkness that surrounds him and show him the way to true repentance and transformation. May this loss be turned for good as Your kingdom advances in Punjab, and let the Gospel continue to bear fruit even in places shadowed by sorrow. We ask this in Jesus' name, trusting in Your unfailing love and power. Amen.
