Pray with the global church

Most High God, we lift up the nation of Pakistan and those entangled by unjust blasphemy laws. We remember Junaid Hafeez, facing trial for his beliefs, and ask You to establish righteousness in these proceedings. Uphold justice where it has been trampled, and bring Your truth to bear upon the hearts of those in authority. Reveal Jesus to government officials, to lawyers, and to all who watch this case unfold. May His light shine in their darkness. Protect believers in Pakistan from the grip of fear, and sustain them as they trust in You. To You belong justice and compassion, O Lord. Let Your kingdom come, for the sake of Your name. Amen.
