Pray with the global church

Lord of Hosts, we lift up the Christian families of Punjab Province who have fled their homes after an accusation of blasphemy led to violence. You see their fear and displacement; guide them as a shepherd carries the weary on His shoulders, and be their refuge while they are homeless. Turn back those intent on destruction, and let peace overcome in this place. Reveal Jesus to those who persecute, and transform the hearts of those driven by anger. Establish Your justice across this land and protect those who call upon Your name. Raise up leaders in these communities who seek peace and not division. We ask for comfort for these families and restoration for what has been lost. May Your love cast out all fear, through Jesus our Redeemer. Amen.
