Pray with the global church

Almighty God, we lift up Jos and all of Nigeria amid the tensions unveiled by deceptive factions posing as protectors. You see the lies that take root, and there is nothing hidden from Your sight. Strike down falsehood with the light of truth, and let integrity shine even in the dark corners. Guard the hearts of Your people who face threats for their faith, and guide them with Your wisdom to stand firm. Reveal Jesus to those caught up in violence, transforming enemies into brothers as You alone can do. Let Nigeria see a mighty move of Your Spirit that brings lasting peace. For Your name's sake and the witness of Christ our Savior, Amen.
