Pray with the global church

God of Justice and Peace, we lift up Nigeria, where violence and terror have left a trail of suffering and fear. You are near to the brokenhearted and save those crushed in spirit; let Your presence be known to the grieving and oppressed. Restrain the hand of violence that seeks to destroy, and establish righteousness in this land. Raise up leaders who love justice and walk humbly before You. Reveal Jesus to those who perpetrate violence, and transform hearts hardened by hatred. Sustain the church in Nigeria as they bear witness to Your kingdom in the midst of turmoil. For the sake of Your name and the healing of this land, we trust in Your unfailing love. Amen.
