Pray with the global church

God of All Comfort, we lift up the community of St. Rita Catholic Church in Brooklyn as they face yet another attack. You are close to the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds; we ask that You sustain the spirits of those who feel targeted and weary. Let Your peace guard their hearts as they draw near to You in trust. Reveal the light of Christ to those who perpetrate such acts, that they might turn from hatred and seek reconciliation. Strengthen the believers of St. Rita's to stand firm in faith and love, reflecting Your kingdom in this place. May Your church in Brooklyn be a beacon of hope and forgiveness, multiply your Church as people are fearful while allowing that to be a connection to people who are beginning their relationship with You, and may Your name be glorified in the midst of this trial.
