Pray with the global church

God of Justice and Comfort, we lift up the people of Plateau State, Nigeria, where coordinated attacks have left communities in sorrow and fear. You see the suffering of Your people, and Your heart is near to the brokenhearted. We ask You to be a refuge for the grieving and a fortress for the fearful, that they may not be overwhelmed. Reveal Jesus to those who orchestrate violence, and let His light pierce through the darkness of their plans. Strengthen the church in Nigeria to stand firm in faith, and let their lives testify to Your power and love. Turn the hearts of security forces toward righteousness, that they may act justly and protect the vulnerable. For the sake of Your name, let peace and justice reign in Nigeria. Amen.
