Lord of Hosts, we lift up the Christians in Sri Lanka facing persecution from both Sinhala-Buddhist and Hindu nationalist movements. You are a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Guard the hearts of Your people from fear and enable them to stand firm in love and truth. Reveal Jesus as the Prince of Peace to those who harbor hatred, and dismantle every force that seeks to divide and destroy. Raise up voices of reconciliation among the Sinhala, Tamil, and all peoples of Sri Lanka. Let the Gospel of peace flow like a river through this land, bringing hope and healing. For the sake of Your name and the glory of Your Kingdom, we pray. Amen.
