Pray with the global church

King of Heaven, we lift up the church in East Java whose building project has been stalled. You hold all authority, and no plan can succeed against Your sovereign will. Guard the hearts of believers there, that they may not grow weary or lose hope. Establish Your purpose in this land by opening doors that no one can shut and making a way where there seems to be none. Turn the hearts of those who oppose them and reveal Jesus as the Light that shines in their midst. Let the power of Your love be visible even in the face of resistance. We ask for wisdom for the leaders and courage for every believer in this region. Use this delay to advance Your kingdom and bring many into Your embrace. We trust Your hands to hold it all, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
