Pray with the global church

Holy One, we lift up Rawalpindi where the life of a young woman has been cruelly cut short. Darkness has tried to swallow light, yet we know You are near to the brokenhearted. Comfort her family and sustain them in their grief, and bring Your justice to bear where human systems have failed. Reveal Jesus to those who stand with violence, that they may see in Him the way of peace and repentance. Let the church in Pakistan stand firm in love, even when threatened, rooted in the power of Your Spirit. May Your light shine in every shadowed place, for You are the Light that darkness cannot overcome. Amen.
