About the dispatch

The growing presence of missionaries from Africa and other parts of the Global South in Western countries should be understood as the fruits of earlier missionary evangelization returning to the universal Church, rather than simply as a response to declining Priestly vocations…

God of Glory, we lift up the surge of missionaries from Africa and the Global South who are sharing Your Gospel in Western lands. You have set this time to reveal the beauty of the body of Christ, made of many nations and one Spirit. Establish these ambassadors in love and truth as they proclaim Your Word across new fields. Guard their hearts and minds with peace in a world that often resists Your message. Open doors that no one can shut, enabling them to minister boldly to those seeking light. Let the knowledge of the glory of the Lord cover these places as waters cover the sea, renewing old wells with fresh streams. Inspire hearts and transform communities for Your glory, through Jesus Christ our Redeemer. Amen.
