Pray with the global church

Shepherd, we lift up the church in Chin and Kachin States as violence and destruction seek to silence Your people. Lead them beside still waters even as chaos rages around, and restore their souls with the comfort of Your presence. Protect these communities from despair, and let faith rise where ashes now cover the ground. Reveal Jesus to those who carry out these attacks, and open their eyes to the power of Your love that overcomes every force of darkness. Let worship echo louder than bombs, and may Your light break through the shadows encroaching upon Myanmar. For You are their Shepherd and healer of land and people, guiding them for Your name's sake. Amen.
