Pray with the global church

Redeemer, we stand with the grieving church in Mexico after the tragic murder of Pastor Ángel González and his wife Irán Montes. You see their sorrow and hear the cries of Your people. Strengthen the believers left shaken by this violence, and let Your comfort be near to those mourning. We ask You to reveal Jesus to those responsible for this brutality, as You revealed Yourself to Saul on his way to Damascus. May justice flow like a river in Mexico, cleansing corruption and oppression, and may Your truth shine brightly even in this darkness. Uphold the pastors and families still serving under threat, that they may not grow weary or lose heart. With gratitude for Your steadfast presence among us, we pray this through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
