Pray with the global church

God of Compassion and Justice, we lift up the people of southern Lebanon in the wake of airstrikes that have shattered homes and claimed lives. You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. Establish peace in these villages and shield the innocent from harm. Reveal Jesus to those who mourn, to soldiers on both sides, and to leaders who wield power over life and death. May Your justice roll on like a river and righteousness like a never-failing stream. Strengthen believers who labor quietly in Lebanon, that their presence would bear witness to Your peace and hope. We entrust these communities to Your unfailing love, for You, O Lord, are the refuge and strength of all who seek You. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
