Pray with the global church

God of All Comfort, we bring before You the city of Amman, grieving after the tragic shooting outside St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church. You see each heart breaking under this violence, and You collect every tear in Your bottle. Sustain the wounded and comfort those who mourn; bind up the brokenhearted and draw near to the crushed in spirit. Reveal Jesus to the people of Jordan as their true refuge and strength. Silence voices of hatred and raise up peacemakers who seek reconciliation. Let believers stand firm in love, testifying to hope even amid sorrow. We trust in Your comfort, Almighty God. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
