Pray with the global church

God, our Protector, we lift up the church in Jordan, shaken by the violent attack but held in Your steadfast love. Be their shield, their refuge in this storm, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Make Your presence known to Nasser al-Burqan and all who witnessed terror in what should have been a sacred moment. Stand with the believers of Hamoud, granting peace that transcends fear and courage that rises beyond trembling hearts. Reveal Jesus to the assailants and communities around them; let them find mercy and transformation through Christ. You alone can bind up the brokenhearted and turn mourning into joy for those who trust in You. For Your glory and in Jesus' name we ask these things. Amen.
