Pray with the global church

God of All Comfort, we turn our hearts to Gaza, where sorrow and loss have settled after the recent airstrike. You see the grief of families mourning a small child and a man, taken too soon. Draw near to the brokenhearted, and let Your peace surpass the understanding of those who remain. Turn the hearts of leaders toward paths of peace, and restrain the violence that has shattered so many homes. Reveal Jesus to those in Gaza who seek hope amid destruction, and let the light of Your presence break through the darkness. Sustain the believers in Gaza, and let their lives testify to the power of Your redemption and love. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven; we ask in the name of Jesus, who is our peace. Amen.
