Pray with the global church

Holy One, we turn our hearts towards Nzangula Kilba, where violence has taken root and fear seeks to overshadow faith. You see the suffering of those targeted for their belief in You, even in the dark hours when protection seems absent. Guard the church in Northeast Nigeria. Let their lives bear witness to Your light that no darkness can overcome. Heal those who mourn twelve lives stolen away, and may Your presence comfort those who grieve the loss and abduction of loved ones. Reveal Jesus to those who walk in hatred, drawing them toward repentance and life. Disrupt the plans of attackers, sowing peace where conflict breeds. In the name of Christ, our defender and hope.
