God of Justice and Compassion, we lift up the community of Mangina in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, reeling from the attacks by the Allied Democratic Forces. You see the anguish of families torn apart and the blood of those who have died crying from the ground. Strengthen the believers in Mangina, that they may be steadfast in faith and hope. Comfort those who mourn, and let Your peace surpass their understanding. Disarm the hands of those who bring violence, and reveal Jesus to the militants and officials alike. May Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your justice roll down like waters, bringing healing to this land. For the sake of Your holy name and the healing of their land, we ask in Jesus' name.
