Redeemer, we thank You for the provision of safety and refuge for this Iranian Christian now granted temporary residency in Israel. You are the One who watches over the sojourner and upholds the cause of the oppressed. Guard this new resident as they seek peace in a foreign land and let their life be a testimony to Your faithfulness. Reveal Jesus to those making decisions on matters of asylum, and soften hearts hardened against Your name. Let their witness in Israel stir a curiosity among neighbors, that they may come to know the One who gives rest for weary souls. We ask all this trusting in Your wisdom and mercy. In the name of Jesus, our Refuge, Amen.
