Pray with the global church

God of all Nations, we lift up Iran and the surrounding regions in this time of heightened tensions and retaliation. You are the One who breaks the bow and shatters the spear; establish Your peace in these lands and restrain the cycles of violence that ensnare so many. Guard the lives of innocent civilians caught in the crossfire and sustain the church in Iran as they live amidst conflict. Reveal Jesus to those who plan and execute attacks, and open the eyes of military leaders and government officials to Your ways of peace. Let the light of Christ shine in the darkest places, bringing hope and reconciliation. For Your glory and the healing of nations, we pray. Amen.
