God of All Comfort, we lift up the island of Flores and all those affected by the recent earthquake, especially the children whose education and lives have been disrupted. You know each child by name and see their needs more clearly than we can. Establish peace in their hearts amidst chaos, and surround them with the help they need to rebuild and learn once more. Reveal Jesus to families and communities as their refuge and strength, even when the earth gives way. Strengthen those working to restore education and stability in this region, and let Your mercy be their anchor through every trial. In the name of Jesus, our shelter and hope. Amen.
