Pray with the global church

Shepherd, we lift up Pastor Wang Yi, who suffers in confinement and illness within China. You know the number of his days and see his affliction. Strengthen him with a steadfast spirit even as his body struggles, and let Your comfort surround him in this trial. Reveal Jesus to those who guard him and stand against him, turning hearts of stone into hearts of flesh. Let this time be a witness to the courage and hope found in Christ alone. Support the church in Chengdu as they persevere without their shepherd, filling them with peace that surpasses understanding. Bring health where there is sickness, light where there is darkness, and faith where there is doubt. For Yours is the power and the glory forever. Amen.
