Pray with the global church

God of All Comfort, we lift before You the communities of Kaura, Chikun, and surrounding Southern Kaduna under the shadow of impending violence. Guard those in Manchok and Attakar, whose hearts are heavy with fear, and steady them as they wait in uncertainty. You break the bow and shatter the spear — let Your peace intervene here. Reveal Jesus to those who plot harm and to the fearful families longing for safety. Turn hearts toward reconciliation and mercy instead of vengeance. Let the believers in these regions stand firm, loving their neighbors as themselves even amidst threats. God, let Your love cast out fear and make it known that You are a refuge for all who seek justice. We rest this plea in Your hands. Amen.
